Buffalo Wings Baby!

I made some awesome buffalo wings tonight. We didn't really use a recipe for this dinner. I browsed the internet for buffalo wing recipes and then picked methods I liked from each and then threw it all together. ;)

I made 26 wings with this recipe.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Pat dry the wing sections. Put the wing sections in a bowl and drizzle in 1 TBLSP of vegetable oil. Coat evenly.
Mix 1 TSP salt, 1 TSP garlic powder and 3/4 C flour in a large resealable bag and add chicken sections.
Mix well. Shake off excess flour and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings over and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until done.

In a small saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter. Add in 1 TSP of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add in 1 TSP of salt and 5 oz of hot sauce. Place cooked chicken wings in a bowl or plastic container, add in the butter mixture, coat well.

That's all. My wings were crispy but still tender and juicy. Delish.
